CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If your order need to be changed or canceled, please contact us as soon as possible because we usually process and ship orders within 7days. Once your order has processed by our warehouse and it will be unable to make any changes.
Please kindly understand that orders which already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
If it is our mistakes that the products received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer are not required to bear the shipping fee.
If the return is due to consumer subjective reasons, the consumer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for return and re-sent. Please noted that shipping costs are non-refundable. If consumer receive a refund, the cost of return shipping fee will be deducted from it.
